The human body, with its presence on stage and constant expression is the one thing all performing arts share.  From text theatre, to dance or physical theatre, all performing arts primarily take place in the body of the actor/actress or the performer. The human body defines. It is the first image seen by the spectator; it is a vector of immediate expression.  With training, it enables the performer to be in control of his/her expression, to direct it, to project it, to be subtle and more sensitive.

MOVEO now offers training sessions directed at performers wishing to maintain and enhance their interpretative abilities. In these sessions the performer will work on physical consciousness, discovering the body´s expressive possibilities and explore the wealth of interpretation that lies in the body.

The work will be based both on the principle concepts of corporeal mime and the methodology developed by Moveo in the field of training. These regular training sessions will allow all participants to apply what they learn  to their own artistic field.

During the sessions we will work on the following:

- Stage presence
- Muscular tone and dramatic intention
- Weight and dramatic action
- Corporal and dramatic articulation
- Consciousness and metaphorical use of the space
- Physical transposition of dialogues and relations

Teachers:
The training sessions will be taught alternatively by the teachers of the Moveo team
Sophie Kasser, Stéphane Lévy, Olivier Décriaud, Valentina Temussi, Oscar Valsecchi.
The sessions will take place during the month of October November and December

prices:
1 weekly session: 50 € a month
2 weekly session: 85 € month

The session  are 2h30 long
Tueday and Thursday from 9:30h to 12:00h

The sessions will take place at the Centre Moveo, Metro Bogatell o Marina.
