Laboratori MOVEO de gener: L'ACTOR LLUITANT: PES, ESPORT, ESFORÇ

El primer drama, la nostra primera lluita, és la lluita contra la gravetat terrestre. Tots estem sotmesos a ella, i tots hem de posar-nos i quedar-nos dempeus cada dia. A partir d'aquesta afirmació, Etienne Decroux va desenvolupar diferents retrats físics, categories d'actuació, segons les quals aquesta lluita es fa visible, com en el cas de l'esportista, del treballador, o invisible, quan volem amagar l'esforç que fem.
Més enllà, per a l'actor, la gravetat, el control i el joc amb el pes són un camp d'investigació física per tal de desenvolupar el retrat dels nostres estats d'ànim, esperances, lluites i combats, per crear metàfores, per fer visible l'invisible....

Què estudiarem?
Com arribar a utilitzar l' esforç com metàfora de l'estat d'ànim?
Com fer de la gravetat i del pes un element dramàtic?
Com representar el pes físíc i el pes moral?
Com crear i utilitzar físicament analogies i metàfores del llenguatge ( ésser impactat per alguna cosa, ser mogut, ser tocat, resistir i insistir, estar desubicat, sentir-se inestable...)

Com?
- Estudiarem les eines tècniques que ajuden a donar més pes a una acció o a un desplaçament
- Treballarem a partir dels estudis de marxes, figures i parts de peces del repertori de Etienne Decroux
- Proposarem diferents temes d'improvisació amb la finalitat de potenciar la imaginació, la creativitat, d'aplicar i entendre els principis estudiats.

Diumenge 24 de gener: de 10h a 14h

Laboratorio MOVEO de enero: EL ACTOR LUCHANDO: PESO, DEPORTE, ESFUERZO

El primer drama, nuestra primera lucha, es la lucha contra la gravedad terrestre. Todos estamos sometidos a ella, y todos tenemos que ponernos y quedarnos de pie cada día. A partir de esta afirmación, Etienne Decroux desarrolló diferentes retratos físicos, categorías de actuación, según las cuales esta lucha se hace visible, como en el caso del deportista, del trabajador, o invisible, cuando queremos esconder el esfuerzo que hacemos.

Más allá, para el actor, la gravedad, el control y el juego con el peso son un campo de investigación física para desarrollar el retrato de nuestros estados de ánimo, esperanzas, luchas y combates, para crear metáforas, para hacer visible lo invisible....

¿Qué estudiaremos?
¿Cómo llegar a utilizar el esfuerzo como metáfora del estado de ánimo?
¿Cómo hacer de la gravedad y del peso un elemento dramático?
¿Cómo representar el peso físíco y el peso moral?
¿Cómo crear y utilizar físicamente analogías y metáforas del lenguaje (ser impactado por algo, ser movido, ser tocado, resistir e insistir, estar deshubicado, sentirse inestable...)

¿Cómo?
- Estudiaremos las herramientas técnicas que ayudan a dar más peso a una acción o a un desplazamiento
- Trabajaremos a partir del estudios de marchas, figuras y partes de piezas del repertorio de Etienne Decroux
- Propondremos diferentes temas de improvisación con la finalidad de potenciar la imaginación, la creatividad, de aplicar y entender los principios estudiados.

Domingo 24 de enero: de 10h a 14h

MOVEO January's Laboratory: THE ACTOR AND THE STRUGGLE - WEIGHT, SPORT, EFFORT

The first drama – therefore the first fight - is the fight against the Earth’s gravity. We are all submitted to it, as we all have to stand and stay straight every day. Considering this assertion, Etienne Decroux developed different physical portraits or/and acting categories, in which the fight becomes visible, as for the sportsman, the worker - or invisible, when we want to hide the effort we are making.

Therefore, for the actor, having to control and to play with the weight represents a field of investigation from which one can draw the portrait of our states of mind, of our hopes, of our fights and struggles, in order to create metaphors and to make visible the invisible…

What will we study?
How can we use the effort as a metaphor of a state of mind?
How can we transform gravity and weight into a dramatic element?
How can we represent the physical weight as well as the moral weight?
How can we use and create physical analogies and metaphors of the language (to be hit by something, to be moved, to be touched, to resist and to insist, to be disoriented, to feel unstable…)?

How?
- We will study the technical tools that help give more weight to an action or a displacement
- We will work from the study of walks, figures and bits of pieces taken from the repertory of Etienne Decroux
- We will propose different themes of improvisation in order to foster imagination as well as creativity and to apply and understand the studied principles.

When?
Saturday 23 January: 10am to 2pm and 3.30 to 7.30pm
Sunday 24 January: 10am to 2pm

One laboratory: 105 Euros (discount 95 Euros).
